1. Overview

At DSA Master, we provide a subscription-based AI-powered learning platform for Data Structures & Algorithms preparation. By purchasing a subscription, users gain access to premium digital services including AI mentorship, coding tools, structured roadmaps, and analytics.

Since our services are digital and instantly accessible, this refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may or may not be granted.

2. No Refund After Activation

Once a subscription is successfully activated, no refunds will be provided. This is because users receive immediate access to our entire premium ecosystem, including:

3. Access Problems

If your payment is successful but your subscription is not activated, contact us within 24 hours.

We will verify the transaction with our gateway.
Issues are typically resolved within 2–3 business days.
We will ensure you receive the full duration of your plan.

4. Service Reliability

We strive for 100% uptime, but in the rare event of a technical failure:

If the platform is unavailable for a significant period due to unexpected technical issues, we will add extra time to your plan proportional to the downtime.
A minimum of 1 Day of extension is guaranteed for any unexpected outage exceeding 3 hours.
This policy does not include scheduled maintenance periods for which prior notice is provided via the dashboard or official channels.

5. Duplicate Charges

Charged multiple times for the same purchase? Contact us within 48 hours.

Provide transaction ID and screenshot. Refunds go back to the original payment method.

Verified duplicate charges are refunded within 5–7 business days.

5. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation will stop future billing only. No refunds will be issued for the current billing period, and we do not provide partial or prorated refunds.

6. Secure Processing

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details. Our systems are PCI-DSS compliant to ensure your financial safety.
